This seller is definitely a fraudster. He conned me to buy outside ebay and would not accept payment by PayPal. He has since declined to communicate with me. The item sold to me is still being listed for sale in eBay under item no. 181371717641. eBay has been informed of the fraud but makes no attempt to close the listing.
