Although not exactly certain if this person is running a scam. After reading various articles on this site, it does appear to be a scam. Thank God I have enough common sense not to give in to such things and always do my due diligence prior to consummating any deals online. But here is how the email read from this lady to me after I expressed an interest in knowing more about this vehicle.
Hi again,
Please give me a little time to explain you the process of this transaction.
I’m recently moved to Atlanta, GA. Before leaving I had prearranged the deal with Amazon Payments so my presence isn’t necessary. The vehicle is now at the Amazon Payments warehouse number 31, headquarters in the container, sealed and ready for shipping. It will arrive at your address in 2 days. The shipping costs are included in the total price of the car! You will have 10 days to test and inspect the vehicle prior to make any purchase. So if you want to make this deal I need the following details from you: full name, address (street, city, state and zip code) and phone#. After I will have all this details I will forward them to Amazon and I will proceed with this transaction. Amazon will contact you with all the details that you need to complete this deal and also to see that I am covered by them and that I am legit seller. Waiting your email with the requested details.
Sincerely,
Amanda
