I hope no one falls for this scam. I found this guy through cars.com website as I was looking for an Audi A5. His car was definitely a good deal and of course it was too good to be true. He was selling a sob story of how he needed the money and that was the reason he priced his car to sell quickly and was only selling to those who did not need a loan for the car. He insisted on using Amazon Payment as that was the safest method for both parties.
The email came from checkout@amazon-financial-payment.com which is not an Amazon.com site. It looked very much like it however none of the help links ever direct you back to Amazon.com.
This guy is a beginner and cannot even get his story straight. I really hope he does not succeed in scamming anyone here.
