Just kept iterating that I need to send my name, address and # so that Ebay VPP (Vehicle Protection Plan) could be used. Ebay VPP is only for ebay listings. Was saying it was in Ebay warehouse in Illinois. Would answer my questions. Wouldn’t talk about viewing the car (even thought on the Craigslist post it said message me to see it). Wouldn’t show proof of the cars title.
