This is a scam on kijiji. Here is the email i received from him. That is also his name at the bottom. Google search it and there aare posts about him trying to do other scams.

First of all I want to thank you for your interest for my tractor. The tractor is in perfect working condition, no mechanical problems, 3000 hours. I am letting it go because i just finished the divorce with my husband and moved back to United Kingdom. The divorce has finished few months ago and the tractor is mine now but will cost to much to import it here. The unit is currently in Saint John with all the papers necessary to sell and in case it gets sold I will take care of shipping. The transaction will be made only through Amazon Payments because they will handle the payment in a way in which both of us are secure.
The price is $35,400 and includes delivery to your location like I said.
